We want you to be fully stoked on your Santa Cruz gear; if you are not satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all skate hardware and apparel remain in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Pack your unused items securely in the original shipping box, ensuring decks are protected to prevent scratching or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed at our warehouse.
