How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your board leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy on decks and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unridden products in their original packaging. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do Santa Cruz decks come with a warranty?
Yes, our decks are covered against manufacturer defects and delamination for a specific period. However, breakage due to impact, improper landings, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
What is the difference between VX technology and standard 7-ply decks?
VX decks are thinner, stronger, and have more pop than standard 7-ply maple decks. They are constructed with 5 layers of North American Maple and 2 layers of Quad X technology for maximum durability.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
